tablespoonsbutter or substitute bacon drippings

ouncesbaby Bella mushrooms

largeOnion, thinly sliced sweet

cups (8 fl oz)beef broth, low sodium

teaspoonWorcestershire sauce, Liquid aminos

teaspoonthyme, dry, ground fresh
Steps
Sequence Step
1In large bowl combine need, egg, pork skins, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Divide meat mixture into 4 patties and thicken to 1/2" oval patties.
2In a large skillet over medium heat, heat bacon grease or oil. Add patties and cook until golden and cooked through, 6-8 minted a side. remove from pan and set aside to keep warm.
3to same pan, melt butter. Add mushrooms and onions and cook until softened, 5 minutes. Add flour and toss to coat veggies. Slowly whisk in broth, then add aminos or worcesteshire and time. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
4Return steaks to skillet and spoon over sauce.
