1 | Rinse kale and tear leafy parts from thick stems. |
2 | Place kale and all other ingredients (except milled flax see and sesame seeds) into food processor. |
3 | Pulse until mixture is paste-like consistency. Scoop into a medium-sized bowl. |
4 | Add milled flax seed to wet mixture. Mix well. Add sesame seeds. |
5 | Scoop mixture onto foil or parchment lined cookie sheet. Press flat. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour, until becomes crisp and dry. |
6 | Crush into small bits or break into larger crackers. |
