| 1 | Drain and Rinse chick peas | 2 | Finely chop vegetables. (For those on "mushy" stage, saute with a little chicken or vegetable broth until soft) | 3 | Mix chick peas, veg, chicken and tomato sauce in casserole dish.
(I use drained, canned chicken because it is easy and it mashes well with a fork during the mushy stage) | 4 | Top with cheese and bake at 350 until chick peas are cooked and cheese is melted. Approximately 20 minutes. | 5 | For mushy stage, mash with a fork. Enjoy! |
