Steps
Sequence Step
1Royal p1 K3 dissolve yeast in Kitchenaid mixing bowl with warm water warm milk sugar and margarine. allow the yeast to bloom-5 minutes.
2add 1 cup of flour and beat on #2 setting for 1 minute using the dough hook add 1 cup of flour and beat another minute on #2 setting gradually add remaning flour (1/2 cup)
3turn dough out onto a floured counter top and knead for 5 minutes.
4Using a rolling pin, roll out dough to fit into a 12” to 14” pizza pan or jelly roll pan.
5Grease the pizza or jelly roll pan with cooking spray.
6Place dough onto the pan and crimp edges to form a crust. If making a stuffed crust pizza, cut each mozzarella stick into 4 strips and roll into edge of crust. Spread with pizza sauce and top with cheese and optional selected topping.
7Label plastic wrap with period and kitchen. Allow dough to rise overnight in the refrigerator. (Mrs. Shaak will place it into the refrigerator)
8If you would like oven preheated, fill out request form with preheat temperature, time, and special directions.
