1	cup	sugar
2	sticks	butter
2	large	egg yolks
2	cups	all-purpose flour
1	cup, chopped	pecans
2	tablespoons	jams and jellies and fillings
1/4	cups	sugar

Steps

Sequence	Step

1	Cream margarine and sugar
2	Add egg yolks, flour, and pecans. Mix thoroughly
3	Divide batter in half and spread half of it in a greased 13x9 pan.
4	Mash 1/2 cup strawberry jam and spread on top of layer
5	Press remaining batter on top
6	Bake 1 hour in 375 degree oven
7	Dust with confectioner''s sugar
