| 1 | Mix rice, water, condensed soups and sherry together. Pour into 9x13" casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Place chicken thights (skin-up) into rice mixture. Sprinkle casserole with onion soup mix. Cover with foil. Bake at 350F for 90 minutes, remove foil, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes. |
