| 1 | Melt butter in medium sauce pan. | 2 | Add chopped onions, yellow peppers, sausage, and garlic. Cook until heated through. | 3 | Deglaze pan with wine. | 4 | Add can of tomatoes and cook about 20 minutes | 5 | Halve spaghetti squash, poke with a fork, and cook in microwave on high for 6 minutes. | 6 | Once squash is cooked, scrape squash with a fork into a bowl. Place all of the squash in tomato mixture and cook another 10 minutes. | 7 | Serve in a bowl with parmesean cheese shavings. |
