| 1 | Heat 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan, sauté the garlic, and onion until golden brown. Set aside. | 2 | Bring seasoned water to a boil in a medium saucepan; gradually stir in couscous. | 3 | Remove from heat; cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
