cups (8 fl oz)water, warm (100 degrees or less)

cupswhole wheat flour
Steps
Sequence Step
1Place yeast and warm water in a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a heavy duty mixer with kneeding arm attached. Measure oil and honey and add to bowl. Let sit 2-5 mins. to allow yeast to "proof".
2Add salt and half the flour. Mix well. Add remaining flour and knead untill dough no longer sticky. About 5 min. by machine or 10 min by hand.
3Return to bowl and place a damp towel over it (not touching dough). Set in a warm place to rise untill doubled. About one hour. Re-knead 2-4 min form into a loaf
4Let rise until doubled in size.
5Bake in a preheated 350 degree F (175 degree C) oven for 25 minutes, or until bottom of loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
