1Seed 1 lb. chyenne peppers. place in a food processor with all ingredients.
2Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes or until it reaches 170 degrees. Bottle and seal. Age for one month befor use. Refrigirate after openning.

1Soak raisins in hot water
1Lemon juice optional. Ground/powdered ginger (to taste) may sub for fresh. Soy or nut milk may sub for coconut milk. Nama shoyu may sub for Bragg''s (since Bragg''s is not raw). Mix all ingredients in blender. Blend
1Split English muffin in half
1mix. pour in greased loaf pan
2Preheat oven to 350
2Spread softened goat cheese on english muffin halves
3Mix butter, turbinado (or brown) sugar and honey in mixer.
3Place 1 slice of tomato on each muffin half
4Add egg whites, applesauce and vanilla. Mix
4Sprinkle with basil
5Add whole wheat flour, wheat gluten, baking soda and salt. Mix
5Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
6Drain raisins and add to cookie dough along with choppen pecans. Mix well.
6Toast in toaster oven till lightly browned and parmesan cheese is melted.
7Drop spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake for approximately 10 minutes.

11mix it all up
19mix meat, stuffing mix, water, eggs and 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce. shape meat mixture into four oval loaves, place, side by side, in foil-lined shallow baking pan. top with the remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce bake 30 min or until cooked through. cut each meat load in half to serve
20Boil water blanceh tomatoes and remove skin. Chop onions and garlic in small peices. Fry in olive oil. Add sausage and fry together on moderate heat, do not burn. Add tomatoes that have been diced up, and rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil then lower heat and cook for 4 hrs stirring alot.
