| 1 | Preheat oven to 180 Degrees C. Line a loaf pan with baking paper. | 2 | Combine flours, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. make a well in the centre. | 3 | Place milk, melted butter, eggs and mashed bananas in another blow and stir to combine. | 4 | Add liquids to the flour mixture. and stir until just combined. (Add a little more milk if too dry.) | 5 | Spoon mixture into laof pan and smooth the surface. | 6 | Bake in oven for 45-50 minutes or until a skewer inserted into centre comes out clean. |
