cup, packedbrown sugar

cupskim milk

medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)ripe bananas (mashed well)
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 180 Degrees C. Line a loaf pan with baking paper.
2Combine flours, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. make a well in the centre.
3Place milk, melted butter, eggs and mashed bananas in another blow and stir to combine.
4Add liquids to the flour mixture. and stir until just combined. (Add a little more milk if too dry.)
5Spoon mixture into laof pan and smooth the surface.
6Bake in oven for 45-50 minutes or until a skewer inserted into centre comes out clean.
