| 1 | Melt butter in pan and add flour
(add salt, pepper, and/or hot sauce if desired)
Cook over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes | 2 | Slowly stir in broth while whisking mixture until slightly thickened. | 3 | Stir in milk, cheese and chicken.
