cup (not packed)raisins, seedless

tablespoonswhite sugar

teaspoonvanilla extract/pure

tablespoonssplenda no-calorie sweetener
Steps
Sequence Step
1In a small saucepan, add water, rice, raisins and cinnamon. Heat to a boil. Cover, lower heat, simmer per time on rice packages directions.
2Pour 2 cups milk into saucepan, turn heat to med-high. Add sugar, splenda and vanilla. Meanwhile, mix cornstarch in 3Ts milk. Pour cornstarch into pan. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. (It will also be just boiling at this point. Like lava burbles...)
3Let sit for 10 minutes to finish thickening. Makes 6 servings.
