Steps
Sequence Step
1combine first 6 ingredients, set aside. Add butter, oil and sugars to a stnding mixer. Mix on medium high until kighter in color, about 1 minute. Add egg, carrot puree and vanilla and mix again. Add flour mixture. Add dried fruit and nuts. Combine. 1/4 cup of batter for ea cookie on a parchment cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes at 350.
