Sprinkle half chili powder on the chicken
Heat the oil together with the garlic and the other half of the chili powder in a wok or large sauté pan over medium heat for 60 seconds, or until the garlic starts to brown. Add the broccoli, mushrooms and carrots and stir gently for 2-3 minutes. Add the chicken and Sriracha
