| 1 | Brown ground turkey with the chopped onion until cooked thouroughly. | 2 | At the same time, cook your instant rice according to package instructions. | 3 | Add on jar of salsa, corn, and black beans to your turkey onion mix. Heat through. | 4 | Add one ounce of shredded cheese to your turkey mix. | 5 | Add cooked rice to a prepped and greased cassarole dish. | 6 | Add your turkey mixture to the cassaroll dish. Stir to mix together with the rice. | 7 | Top with remaining cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
