| 1 | Sift flour into large mixing bowl. | 2 | Add remaining dry ingredients. | 3 | Mix thoroughly with wire wisk or pastry cutter. | 4 | Move mix to air-tight container. Label container with date prepared. Mix is best when used within 4 months. |

| 1 | Pre-heat griddle or skillet to medium/medium high heat. | 2 | Combine all liquid ingredients in small/medium mixing bowl, stir well. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir well with wire wisk or electric mixer. | 3 | Spray pre-heated cooking surface with canola or olive oil cooking spray. | 4 | Add batter to heated cooking surface, 2 Tbs per pancake. Allow to cook until bubbles form in the center of the batter, then flip pancake. Continue cooking to desired taste/texture. |
