can (28 fl oz)tomatoes canned, diced

can, 15 oz (303 x 406)tomato sauce

dashpepper, to taste

Steps
Sequence Step
1Brown ground chuck and italian sauasage in a pan until cooked through.
2Open cans of diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and empty into pot.
3Use tomato sauce can and add 1 full can of water to the pot.
4Drain fat from ground chuck and italian sausage.
5Add ground chuck and italian sausage mix to pot and stir well.
6Put onions in pan used to cook ground chuck and italian sausage and cook until completely thawed or translucent. (I use the frozen pre-cut onioins.)
7Add onion to the pot and stir well.
8Let pot simmer for 30-45 minutes, stirring every 15.
9Portion out into five 2 cup servings and eat or refrigerte for the week.
