1 | Brown ground chuck and italian sauasage in a pan until cooked through. |
2 | Open cans of diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and empty into pot. |
3 | Use tomato sauce can and add 1 full can of water to the pot. |
4 | Drain fat from ground chuck and italian sausage. |
5 | Add ground chuck and italian sausage mix to pot and stir well. |
6 | Put onions in pan used to cook ground chuck and italian sausage and cook until completely thawed or translucent. (I use the frozen pre-cut onioins.) |
7 | Add onion to the pot and stir well. |
8 | Let pot simmer for 30-45 minutes, stirring every 15. |
9 | Portion out into five 2 cup servings and eat or refrigerte for the week. |
