| 1 | 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9 inch pie pan. | 2 | 2. Beat together the applesauce, eggs, and almond extract. Mix in the flour, ground nuts, sugar, and salt. Stir in the cranberries reserving 2/3 cup. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Stud the top with reserved cranberries pushing each 2/3 into the batter. | 3 | 3.
