cupcooked ham, diced

cup, choppedgreen pepper, diced

tablespoons choppedOnion, chopped

largeeggs, beaten (or 16 oz of egg subsitute)

dashsalt, to taste (may need more)

dashblack pepper, ground
Steps
Sequence Step
1Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2Add ham, green pepper and onion and saute for a few minutes until the onion is softened.
3Pour in the eggs and scramble until the eggs are set.
4Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
