| 1 | Bring 4" water to boil in a small saucepan. | 2 | add dash of vinegar to help the egg coagulate. Add egg and lower heat to meduim. | 3 | Cook egg for about 4 minutes or until the yolk begins to change color. | 4 | Toast slice of squirrley bread. | 5 | Spread margarine on toast.
