| 1 | Preaheat oven 350. butter 3 cake pans. Combine butter/sugar until fluffy. in seperate bowl add dry ingredients. Using 1 egg at a time alternate dry with flour into butter. Add carrots and 1/2 pecans. bake 35-40 moinutes until done. let cool. Soften cream cheese mix in 1 lb powdered sugar and 1 tsp milk. once combined add in pecans. | 2 | divide frosting into 3 parts, frost each layer one at a time, add to top of next layer, frost outside of cake. It will be think so be patient. |
