12	slices cooked	bacon, cooked and drained of fat
1	onion	onion, sweet chopped
3	cups	stock, beef
4	tablespoons	tomatoes canned, diced
2	cups	sauerkraut
1 1/4	Usda default (100 gm - 4 oz)	Sour cream, fat free--

Steps

Sequence	Step

1	chop and brown bacon,
2	remove bacon and most of fat
3	cook chopped onions in remaining fat till tender
4	add back bacon, beef stock, tomatoes, and sauerkraut
5	simmer 15 minutes
6	serve with dollop of sour cream
