| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 3 8x4 loaf pans and set aside. | 2 | Combine flours, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a bowl and set aside. | 3 | Combine pumpkin, oil, eggs and water in a bowl.
