Recipe Description This recipe was given to me by a good friend who owns her own resturant. This is one of the best chili recipes i have ever made.

Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat oil on medium and saute vegitables. Add chili powder,cumin,onion powder,and garlic powder. Brown the ground beef and hot sausage seperatly, drain and add to vegitables. Add kidney beans,crushed tomato,tomato puree, brown sugar,salt,black pepper, and cayenne and simmer for one hour. Add the cilantro before serving.
