Steps
Sequence Step
1Melt the butter. Add crayfish tails, chopped onion and green bell pepper. Season with Tonys Creole seasoning and garlic powder to taste. Combine cooked broccoli with cheese to the crayfish mixture. Diagonally slice end of rolls and hollow out. Stuff with crayfish mixture. Roll in garlic butter. Place on cookie sheet. May freeze on cookie sheet, then store in plastic bag. Bring to room temperature before baking. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
