Steps
Sequence Step
1Roughly chop pumpkin, potato and onion and place in saucepan, cover with water and bring to boil.
2Boil until vegetables are very soft. Drain excess water, leave a little in the pan. Add sugar and butter and blend using hand held processor. Blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
