Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350. Prepare muffin tins.
2Mix dry ingredients. Add carrots, apples, raisins and nuts.
3Combine milk, beaten eggs and vanilla and pour into dry ingredients. Stir until ingredients are moist. Do not overmix.
4Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
