| 1 | Mix yeast with 3 c warm water. Mix in everything else.
Knead until smooth and not sticky. Let rise in the 2 T oiled mixing bowl (1 hour). Punch down, shape into two loaves, place in loaf pans. Let rise again, until doubled in size. Bake until inserted knife comes out clean (about 1 hour) at 350. |
