1Open bag and pour contents into a bowl. Locate bag of yeast and add to dry ingredients. Mix well and form a hole and add 1/4 cup of Olive oil and 1 1/2 cups of warm water. Mix into it form a small ball. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for 10-12 minutes. Roll dough to form a loaf. You want the loaf to just touch end to end. Coat loaf pan with non stick cooking spray. Loosely cover pan with plastic wrap and place in a warm place for 1 1/2 hour or until double in size. Preheat oven to 325F and remove plastic wrap and place loaf on center rack. Bake for 35 minutes or until temperature reaches 200F inside. (Bread should make a hollow sound when thumped at the bottom. Remove bread from pan and place on a cooling rack for 1 hour before slicing. Enjoy and thanks for your purchase.
