1seperat eggs; whip egg yols with 1 oz Sugaruntil fluffyadd in cream cheese; whip whites with rest of sugar to stiff peaks then fold into yolk mixture fill 16 buttered and sugared ramekins and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
