12	ounces	cream cheese
1	cup	sugar
1/3	teaspoon	Lemon zest
1/4	teaspoon	orange zest
2/3	teaspoon	salt
3/4	teaspoon	vanilla extract
1	fluid ounce	lemon juice
1/4	package (3 oz)	Desserts, gelatins, dry mix
2	fliud ounces	water
16	fliud ounces	light cream

1	1. Whip cream cheese, sugar, salt and flavorings until smooth; add lemon juice 2. Bloom gelatin in water then heat; whip cream to soft peaks 3. Blend warm gelatin into cream cheese; immediately fold in cream pour into molds and chill. Will set up fast
