| 1 | Peel and core the apples and slice. Set aside.
Empty the frozen juice concentrate into a saucepan and heat to boiling. Add cornstarch and cinnamon and cook stirring constantly until thickened. Add apples and toss until apples are coated with juice. Remove from heat. | 2 | Prepare pie crust.
Add the apple mixture to the pie crust and cover with another pie crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until apples are tender. |
