tablespoonsDijon mustard

cupchicken broth, fat free, Health Valley
Steps
Sequence Step
1Melt butter in large skillet, add chicken brown 3-4 min each side. Remove chicken from pan
2Add vegetables of choice to pan - peppers, onions saute for 4-5 minutes
3Return chicken to skillet
4Whisk mustard, flour
5Simmer on low for 20 min until chicken is done
