cup, choppedRed onion, chopped

cup, gratedCarrots, shredded

cup, dicedcelery, diced

teaspoonBlack Pepper, Coarsely Ground

tablespoonsfresh parsley, chopped
Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix cream cheese, onions, garlic, carrots, celery and pepper until well blended.
2Shape into 6 inch log.
3Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
4Refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm.
5Roll in parsley until evenly coated on all sides.
6Serve as a spread with crackers.
