1/4	cup	unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4	teaspoon	salt
1/2	teaspoon	baking soda
3	large	eggs
2	tablespoons	applesauce
2	tablespoons	butter

1	mix dry ingredients in a bowl. add wet ingredients and stir until smooth. scoop into mini cupcake pans and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
