Steps
Sequence Step
1Pour 3 14oz bags of coconut flakes into large bowl.
2Pour the condensed milk, heavy cream, sour cream, and vanilla on top of the coconut flakes. Mix thoroughly with a heavy spoon.
3Add the 4th bag of coconut and mix until well combined.
4Preheat oven to 325° F.
5Using a #12 disher, scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet. pack slightly into scoop so they hold together.
6Bake for 30 minutes, rotating pans after the first 15 minutes.
