| 1 | Saute onions | 2 | Add ground beef. Saute until cooked through. | 3 | Add tomato paste. | 4 | Add cocoa powder. | 5 | Add beef stock. | 6 | Add Chipotle pepper. | 7 | Add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. | 8 | Bring to a slow boil. Reduce and simmer uncovered about 45 min. Stir occasionaly and scrape sides. | 9 | Add black beans. Stir slowly and heat until beans are heated through. | 10 | Serve sprinkled with shredded cheddar and chopped green onions. Side with tortilla chips. |
