| 1 | Cut up the cauliflower into florets and place on baking sheet. Salt and pepper the florets. | 2 | Roast the cauliflower for 20 minutes, turning halfway, at 450 degrees. | 3 | Stove top, melt butter and roast pine nuts until golden brown. Add garlic and cook for a few minutes. Add dates. | 4 | Toss roasted cauliflower with butter mixture and serve warm. |
