28	ounces	diced tomatoes (28 oz can)
2	small	Onion, chopped
2	cloves	garlic minced
3	tablespoons	olive oil
2	Potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia)	Potatoes, red, flesh and skin, baked
16	ounces	spaghetti
2	tablespoons	olive oil
1	small	Onion, chopped
7	ounces	italian sausage
2	cups	Arugula

Steps

Sequence	Step

1	Prepare sauce with first 3 ingredients. Saute sausage with onions. Add sauce and other ingredients. Add arugula just before serving.
