cups, choppedPeppers, sweet, red, raw, chopped

package (5 oz)Cheese, parmesan, shredded

Steps
Sequence Step
1Spray shallow Pyrex baking pan with non-stick spray.
2Spread 16 ounces of frozen O''Brien potato mixture on the bottom of the pan like a crust.
3Crack 12 eggs into a large bowl, mix in milk and beat well.
4Add salt, pepper and dehydrated onions to the egg mixture and mix in.
5Sprinkle ham and chopped sweet peppers over the potato mixture.
6Pour egg mixture over the potatoes, ham and peppers.
7Sprinkle parmesean cheese over the egg mixture.
8Cover the pan with foil.
9Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for 10-20 minutes. Enjoy!
