| 1 | Use food processor to mix onions, garlic and mushrooms. Mix breadcrumbs, oats, eggs and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Once mushroom mixture is ready, saute with some non stick cooking spray or olive oil for about 5 minutes or until cooked. Then add to breadcrumb mixture and pour in to loaf pan. Cover with foil and bake for 60 minutes at 350. |
