Steps
Sequence Step
1mix cake mix per package directions. 2 Cups of mix baked at 350 for 15 minutes
2Low heat melt caramels and butter. Remove from heat
3Add condensed milk to caramel mix
4pour caramel mix over cooked cake
5Pour remaining batter over caramel. Heat 30-35 minutes
