11. brown turkey and saute mushrooms together - then add sauce, tomatoes, water and simmer 15- 30 mins 2. saute spinach in olive oil and garlic - then mix with ricotta, 1/2 of mozzarella, parmesan, egg whites, italian seasoning 3. spread bottom of 13x9 pan with sauce and layer lasagna, 1/2 of ricotta mixture, then 1/3 of sauce, repeat layer 4. layer last noodles, last sauce, cover and bake 350 x 45 mins - then cover with mozzarella and bake 15 mins more uncovered
