| 1 | chop onion, pepper, carrots and chicken into chunks. Put in crock pot. Mix tomato sauce and all spices and pour into crock pot. Cook on low 7-9 hours.
boil water on stove top, add rotini noodles and cook until al dente. Drain noodles. Serve noodles in a bowl and ladle chicken mixture on top. |
