| 1 | Heat pan with non-stick olive oil spray, saute chicken and onion 4-5 minutes. | 2 | Remove chicken and cover to keep warm | 3 | Add garlic to the pan and cook 2 minutes or until the onions begin to brown. | 4 | Stir in chilies, spices, and broth and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. | 5 | Stir in the chicken and beans and simmer until tender. | 6 | To serve, crush tortilla chips in the bottom of a bowl, add chili and top with cheese of choice. |
