bunchsbroccoli florets

tablespoonolive oil, extra virgin for drizzling

teaspoongarlic minced

dashkosher salt or to taste

Sequence Step
1cut broccoli into bite-size pieces and place in microwave safe bowl.
2add just enough water to cover bottom of bowl and cover bowl with plastic wrap. Poke 4-5 holes in top of plastic wrap.
3place bowl in microwave and cook on high for approxmiately 3 minutes. If broccoli is not cooked to your liking, recover with wrap and let stand for a few minutes to let it continue cooking a bit longer.
4In small microwave safe bowl, combine olive oil and garlic.
5cover with plastic wrap and poke 3 holes in top. Put in microwave and cook for 2 minutes at medium power (50%)
6while olive oil and garlic are in microwave, drain water from broccoli.
7add olive oil/garlic combo and stir to combine. Add salt to taste. Enjoy!
