| 1 | Chop appricots and cranberries and set aside. Mix oil, brown sugar, sugar, egg whites and 1 teaspoon vanilla together and set aside. Mix all dry ingredients. Mix 2 teaspoons of the dry mixture to the appricots to coat. Mix wet and dry ingredients. Add apricots and cranberries. dish out spoonfulls and bake at 400 for 8 minutes |
