| 1 | Heat oil on med-high heat. Cook salmon for 5 min each side or until done (flakes easily). Remove from skillet and cover to keep warm. | 2 | Add milk and cream cheese to skillet and cook until cheese is melted. Stir in cucumbers and dill. | 3 | Return salmon to skillet. Cook for 2 min or until heated through. Serve salmon with sauce over top. |
