medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)ripe bananas (mashed well)

cup (not packed)raisins, seedless
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven @ 350 degrees. Cream shortening and sugar until smooth, add eggs and beat until well blended. Add flour, oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda and salt, beat until well blended. Add bananas and beat until well blended. Stir in raisens. Pour into greased bread pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 50 to 60 mins.
